Welcome to the USNA RV Chapter
Unlike traditional geographic chapters that meet periodically for lunch or dinner, this chapter meets five or six times a year on average, for five to seven days in various parts of the country. It was established to provide a venue for alumni to serve and support the Naval Academy and its members through activities which encourage and facilitate friendships and bind alumni together.
Our meetings are called “Come Arounds”. They provide the unique experience of spending a few days with fellow alumni in a campground setting. A typical “Plan of the Day” will include field trips, cookouts, happy hours, and outdoor activities (golf, boating, hiking etc.). There is a chapter members’ meeting at most gatherings. Some Come Arounds are “busy” and others are laid back. Attendees may participate in as many activities as they choose.
